Does anyone know the specific technology utilised to perform auto self analysis of hearing ranges with the audio call/response performed by Nuraphone/Nurabud/Audiology technologies?

<p>Would you think that there would be any in game mechanical issues if I were to reverse the dice roll values?</p>

<p>i.e. rolling a D20, if the die lands on 20 it would be considered as a natural 1, and if the die landed on a 19 it would be considered a 2.

Wondering how fun (or convoluted) it would be to also have all of the values in the rulebook kept as is or also reversed.
