Dear PAID for conference organisers a polite reminder your speakers have spent time preparing their talks, and are sharing knowledge for free.

The least you could do is pay for accommodation the night before (and possibly after) their talk. If they have to travel a long way then also paying for plane/ train tickets is respectful.

As an attendee of a paid for conference, if I saw you weren't paying travel and accommodation costs for speakers I would be extremely disappointed.

The call for speakers is now open β€” and they would love to hear from YOU!
