neuroqueer shitposts at the end of the world

nonbinary | bisexual | gemini
autistic | adhd | anxious
white | artist | writer
anti-capitalist | anti-racist | anti-saneist

I enjoy: fun facts, water birds, art history, critical autism studies, meme culture, gender theory, the dog park, and the neuroscience papers I try to read but don't really understand.

I got tender points by amy berkowitz for xmas and I wanna write a book like this. it's prose and pop culture and memoir and poems and it's so easy to read because she rarely ever fills an entire page - just lots of short little segments that fit together really well as a whole (which I feel like is the hardest part of writing a book like this)
when you think and feel so much it turns into chronic pain:
mentally we are here
I give you: bean the perpetually cold
okay i think i've found the creepiest christmas painting OF ALL. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE. Why is the baby Jesus so small? What are all those cherubs talking shit about? Why does that cow look so suspicious? Is the donkey HUNGRY? so many questions.
oh yes this is my vibe
okay im hi in the public domain again and what in the creepy christmas is this
i quite like my dark cozy little desk nook that is also basically in the kitchen and also there's no windows but it's MY DARK COZY LITTLE DESK NOOK OKAY
how I realized my chronic pain: I saw a meme that was like, wait the normal amount of pain everyday is zero?!?!! and I was like oh

I read a lot of books, many at once, because I'm hyperlexic so my brain likes to eat words but also adhd so I need to switch between things depending on my mood! so I will probably post about book recs here sometimes if you're interested in that. (my fave genres are memoir and sci-fi.  )

reading this right now, it's a collection of essays on living with chronic pain (which I have recently realized that I do, although I'm very good at ignoring it!)
