On its third attempt tonight, Marblehead Town Meeting approved an “MBTA Communities–compliant” district largely centered on the 125-year-old Tedesco Country Club, meeting 3A requirements on paper while all but assuring no new housing would be built. This comment says it all.

@stroughtonsmith That’s nicely dialed. You’d be amazed at how fast the newer printers print with near perfect quality. I’m guessing my K1 would do each chunk
in 8-10 hours, maybe less depending on the complexity and infill. They’re absolutely worth the upgrade, especially since there isn’t a lot of maintenance on them. They’re truly appliances now. Send print, it calibrates and prints, end of.

@paul It makes sense in context. I have a 10 year old. I did something that was absolutely stupid. His response was, “umm-bruh.” Totally made sense and made me laugh. I didn’t feel he was being disrespectful.
