Update: Tried it but Steam still doesn’t work. The cursor bug wasn’t happening anymore. Here’s what Settings > About says: . Any help?
Also using an nvidia gpu. RTX 3050 Ti laptop.

Was using a Hyper-V VM with Debian Sid. Installed Steam but UI wasn’t displaying
and the login window wasn’t responding. On GNOME I also had the cursor leave
sprites of itself. Planning on using Xorg with 125% fractional scaling. Any
advice?

Trying to dual boot Mint with Windows but when I tried to boot with USB, it gave
an error. Realized thst it was using partition 2 and not partition 1, where the
actual os was written. Used balenaetcher and tried 3 times and it still doesn’t
work. Any help?
