Now that the East Wing is a blank slate, I think I see where this is going... With just minor design tweaks, the Ballroom will double as the Commanders stadium.
Hosting football at the Ballroom (just 11 days a year!), while audacious, will set a new benchmark for Government Efficiency, vs a $6B estimated public cost for a separate stadium + infra.
