Tonight’s dinner: Bánh xèo

First attempt. Pretty good. Nice and crispy.

Didn’t get a photo of it all wrapped up with herbs and other sides.

I precooked some pork belly to go in them (as well as chicken and prawns).

Tonight we had Osaka-style Okonomiyaki.

It was a hit.
