Okay i struggled a bit with my handheld project and started a radical new design.
This thing will house the complete electronics as an MVP. It will be functional but combined all the learnings i had in the cad.
Reworked the display mount. Now it hold the display on top and the rp2350-zero on the bottom (gucci raspberry pi pico).
This will help me slim down the design to below 2.5cm in height.

I mean i am getting somewhere. Will this be good? I don't think so. Do i learn a ton about engineering? F yeah!
I did something. A 3d printed weißt Rest with Mouse skates. Pretty easy to model but it helps.
The criss Cut patterns on the bottom was a trial to reduce friction surface but did not Work. (Its glow in the dark petg)
Draft dodger that starts unnecessary war, is losing it, calls rational acting countries cowards for not participating in an unwinnable scenario IS pretty rich.
But sure a pedo felon with dementia can Not be wrong
