Spooky full moon in thin clouds. Should have shot it on a tripod because then the moon parts would not be slighly soft. But it's still spooky.
Today my wife and I had the best food idea in 4 or 5 years.
BLT Fried Rice
1. brown off some diced bacon. keep a bit of the fat
2. in the fat, make 1 scrambled egg for fried rice
3. to the egg add chopped scallion and roughly chopped/shredded iceberg lettuce
4. add the rice. salt. black pepper. mix around until it's fried rice
5. drizzle of soy sauce down the side of the wok
6. add 1 medium to large red slicer tomato, roughly diced.
mix mix mix. serve with a fried egg on top.
Late summer dinner... beef stir fry with fresh tomato and scallion. And the late summer dinner light.
I think a lot about how computers used to be so slow that processing every keystroke in real time would melt them (admittedly this is a mainframe dealing with perhaps dozens, or a hundred or more, users at once)
1000 miles for the year, so far. Also 3 absolutely perfect days in a row for flippng over the distance this weekend.
Biscuits. Square is still weird. But remembered to cut them thicker so they come out ... thicker.
