How do I remove a moderator with no posts in a community? - Lemmy.World

I asked to be added as a mod of [email protected] [/c/[email protected]] some time ago - I have a user on another instance who was the mod before, @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]], but due to cross-instance moderation bugs I couldn’t do any actual moderation. In getting this user assigned it looks like my other user was removed and a user with a slightly different name was added - @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]]. I think I created this user when I was first signing up, but had some issue & now don’t seem to have the login info, and it isn’t tied to my email address. I was able to re-add the correct user (mainly to get the Moderator View) but I can’t find a way to remove @[email protected] [/u/[email protected]] as a mod there. I only see the add/remove mod options when viewing a post by the user, so I don’t know if there’s a way to do it for a user with no posts. Thanks!
