Morning ramblings:
It's wild to me to live in a time where I'm surrounded by incredibly smart and talented individuals, many of whom are in the tech space, but having a conversation about "how do we fight back to protect data privacy and make it harder for those that would do us harm to track us" feels like it might get me black bagged. Meanwhile we have folks out here being praised for advocating the mass murder of anyone different from them.
I've always longed for that hacker culture where it legit doesn't matter where you came from, your political stance, the color of your skin, the language you speak, or the invisible force you pray to, the only thing you were judged on is your great or shitty personality. A world where your absolute best friend, that ride-or-die person you would do anything for, you don't even know their real name, because it doesn't matter.
