Last time I flew my quad, I crashed in high weeds. Normally this wouldn't be a problem- I'd flip a switch on the controller and the motors would beep until we found it. But this time the battery ejected in the crash. Me and another pilot spent about an hour and a half total searching for it.

So to make sure that never happens again, tonight I installed a vifly finder 2. It's a beeper that has its own small battery and beeps at 100dB when your main battery has ejected.

Look at this glorious yucca plant in full bloom that I saw today on a hike. The stalk here was so tall, probably like 8 feet.
