"You should judge PRs based on code quality not the fact i used LLMs" okay but if a construction worker closes their eyes and starts flailing their arms while holding hammers and says "you should judge my skill based on the nails i hit" you rightfully move aside and stop them before they knock someone unconscious
@boozook @rustaceans Pardon my drunk English.

@boozook @rustaceans Often it comes from a bunch of results. So you have a vec of item each with different parsing items. Like the database you mentioned. Now you have to think about how to handle the errors. If you want to break as soon as the first error or gather them and combine them, and how.

On the other hand Result<Option<T>> usually does not come with that question. So it’s less scarier.

⚠️ Update: The internet blackout in #Iran is entering its 17th day after 384 hours. Over the last day a decline has been tracked in reserved telecoms network infrastructure, further reducing VPN availability and sending some whitelisted users and NIN services offline.

Unsurprisingly, from the first sentence it's a lie:

"In the five years since Anthropic began, AI progress has moved incredibly quickly."

No, actually it hasn't. We're still using transformers, developed in late 2017; in fact, we're **hopelessly dependent upon them with nothing else in sight.**

Progress has stalled, despite endless hype. For example, where are those "agents?" Where are they? Can someone, anyone point to a successful, profitable agent? Anyone?

This is all such a terrible joke.

@rustaceans Well it is scarier than Result<Option<T,E>>.
⚠️ Update: #Iran's internet blackout has entered day 16 as the measure continues in its third week, with the public cut off from international networks for 360 hours. Chosen influencers enjoy whitelisting while state media report a new wave of arrests targeting Starlink users.
@cjk You have really good friends!
@bikejourno I’m not. I know he is an asshole. You are just only seeing half the picture. Stop being a condescending douchbag after five minutes of reading something on the internet because it is just so conveniently aligned with your positions.
