I just finished watching episode 1 of #MiraiDays #Precure and my first reaction is... This is **everything** that we wished Otona Precure had been. New transformation sequence, new Cure form, new attack sequence. A villain that fits in their existing lore without feeling like an ass pull. the only reused footage I noticed was the recap of the first season at the beginning. They knocked it out of the park with this one.
I was wondering how they would animate #IParryEverything since I've read the light novels but the anime turned out great. Killer OP. They did a good job of showing us his backstory and then leading into the first big battle where the people in power notice him.
Next week's episode will be the tell, when they track Noor down. I remember the first novel and a half getting really repetitive but then the plot getting really good after that, so I wonder if they'll condense some of that in the anime to keep it interesting...

@neatchee any issues with image uploads right now? Trying to attach a 1.09MB png image using the Mastodon app on Android and it's just going to "Upload Failed" every time I retry.
The funny part.... this particular scheme actually *worked*. She just got lucky, that's all there is to it.
