@polotek yes and when winter comes to Germany they buy power from other EU countries. Mostly nuke power. Renuable sources must advance energy storage capable of carrying load throughout winter including heating. We are way far from that goal.

@va3db i had 60ft Rhon 55g up with hexbeam. Worked well. As time went on I too aged and no longer should climb. I took it down and put up Lazy H arrays using these tall trees. Much safer. These arrays are switchable for instant direction change. Lovit. AH6V.
