Many things to many creatures. Many things for myself. Animal noises. Ears and tails and paws. Making space for all the weird and wonderful ways creatures are. Exploring and learning and growing. Trying to keep each other safe. Stronger and more stable with many others. Playing soft and playing rough. Relishing the animal. Digging deep enough to find the tears. Long conversations laughing and sobbing and healing after midnight. Unapologetically weird and flagrantly everything. Remembering that things can be more complex than first thought. This list is not exhaustive and might never be complete.

The great thing about being a shapeshifter is that i can be a unicorn if i want, just for a moment or as a bit.
so where did the “rotate the [noun] in your mind” thing come from?
does this work for anything else?
maybe \t?
pronouncing \r and \n by mimicking typewriter noises
/corriyard/ is such a good word. it's fun to say! and a lovely pun! and a perfect name to boot. corriyard corriyard corriyard X3

and i like how the colours blend too!
*messy frantic scribbling in her otherwise carefully typed social manual* if Ichor did or said something that was helpful, thought-provoking, amusing, or otherwise of nontrivial value to you, you are gently encouraged to tell her so. include an adjective (such as those just above) or optionally a longer explanation indicating how it was valuable. “good girl” is optional.
ohhhh. i need more praise in my life.
@16af93 curious, is there a written description|explanation of that one's profile pic?

*runs face-first into brick wall of “$giant_corporation is doing $war_crime”*

alright, that's enough social media for this week, i guess. i'll try again next Tuesday, maybe.
Difficulties with this:
* This kind of data is, obviously, incredibly sensitive and we would need anything that's going to be storing and processing it to be either local-device-only or self-hostable with solid e2ee. The overwhelmingly common architecture—monocentralised, no privacy or transparency, maintained by a forprofit—is not acceptable. If we don't trust it, we're going to withhold from it exactly the kind of information that it needs in order to be useful.
* We would want very specific behaviour around data expiration (because the best way to not leak something is to not have it). Probably permanently deleting the fine details after a week or two, and everything except an overall daily or weekly summary a while later. It's unlikely this already exists.
* Whatever provides this needs to be frictionless and always available, because otherwise it won't get used.
* There are probably many more data models that aren't helpful because they don't make sense to us than are and do. (Is there any software at all that can use a definition of /day/ based on sleep?)
* There's just no way we could build this ourself as yet another project of ours.
