@TechNews this tracks with our experience. Lots of clients waiting on the sidelines to see what’s going to happen. Cash buyers are in a great position right now. It’s a good time for anyone to get a deal. Lots of room to negotiate and sellers are adjusting expectations. Rates will come down eventually. Probably not to historic lows we’ve seen in the past several years, but you can always refinance. Date the rate and marry the home if you are in it for the long term. #realestate
