as a developer I guess I'm only supposed to be using Dark mode like the cool kids, but I prefer leaving the appearance setting on Auto.
unfortunately this means you don't know what item you selected in the Developer app.

I hate Arlo’s “AI recognition” with the fire of a thousand suns. There was no fire. There was no real motion, other than a light breeze creating small waves in the pool.
Wonderful notifications to receive when you’re traveling abroad.
I really like the Eufy cameras for their price and HomeKit integration, but their motion detection features are absolutely terrible.
Nothing like getting “someone spotted in your home” alerts and the alarm going off while you’re on vacation because of random shadows from a living room window, or a bunch of blankets on our kids bed 🤦♂️
With 🌀 Beryl getting closer and closer to Cayman as a Cat 4, I can’t help but be fearful and anxious for friends and family on island, as well as thinking of all those affected across the Caribbean.
We’re safe and sound in Miami, en route to see family tomorrow on a trip we booked months ago, feeling both lucky and incredibly guilty.
And I know it’s not like we need to explain ourselves, but here we are. Our house is as prepped as we could make it, fingers are crossed.

This happened to a friend yesterday, and no matter what we tried (zeroes as O’s and vice-versa, passport expiration years instead of birth years, etc) nothing worked.
After a quick search, I brute forced the password with JohnTheRipper in 4 hours.
The format was supposed to be xxxx-A012345 (year of birth followed by passport number).
The password was nw. LFK
