Too many times the absurdity of the title "The leader of the Free World" was so indisputable that I hoped for it to be retired, but alas.
Today is yet another one of those times. Please, let a free world be an aspiration for all righteous people, not a brand ruled by the one holding the biggest gun.

A movie this year I wasn't fully convinced by at first was Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, but with each viewing I've come to like it more, which is a great quality in itself. Sure it makes different style choices than Fury Road but as far as I'm concerned it fits the story and is a worthy origin to a phenomenal character.
