I often get frustrated when someone reports a bug to me as merely "it doesn't work" rather than saying in more detail what it did wrong, or didn't do. But in the case of this error message from the Keep Chrome extension, it would have saved quite a bit of head scratching if had just said "This extension will cease functioning" rather than individually listing the imminent demise of the only two functions the extension provides.
Aaanyhow, does this mean that Google is about to abandon Keep, if they are abandoning its extension?
