Die Situation sieht für mich so aus, als wolle Deutschland eine plausible Abstreitbarkeit aufrechterhalten: man möchte den Russen nicht so sehr wehtun, dass man nicht anschließend wieder Geschäfte machen kann. Ansonsten sehe ich keinen Grund, warum man den langsamen Tod der Ukraine in Kauf nehmen wollte.

@SheDrivesMobility Fahrradfahren in Düsseldorf ist jedes Mal ein Nahtoderlebnis. Keine getrennten Radwege, Baustellen, unklare Verkehrsregelungen … und dann gestresste und gehetzte Menschen in Autos. Einfach eine beschissene Mischung.
