@joel The kills switches used in Just-the-Browser project seem to be present in virtually the same source areas of Firefox 147.0.3 and 148.0.2. And for that matter in Librewolf 148.0.2, too.

@cmccullough, can you point at a commit that disables them?

This is a known issue that happens with major gstreamer upgrades. It was originally documented in UPDATING entry of 20221015. But the message is not repeated similarly to perl upgrade notices.
If you are building gstreamer plugins from ports on FreeBSD, and it fails for you. Remove the older installed package "gstreamer-plugins" to succeed.

@joel It is possible to start manually a #FreeBSD jail that is not listed in /etc/rc.conf jail_list by issuing:

# service jail start $jail
