Has anyone any idea what this developer is?
It seems like a PQ-type (can't find any MSDS except for an old version with Hydroquinone and 4-aminophenol =p-aminophenol).
Questions: it seems new-iah The name seems to be repurposed. What formula lies under the "name" ST20?

And a question a bit broader: P-C Vs P-Q: What difference does the increased level of toxicity make?
