Start player takes the Skat (or pass it, then double points) and hands over two cards from his deck to the next player. Last player put the cards on the table. The player loosing this game gets them at the end adding to his score.
One can "pause" the Ramsch by playing Grand Hand.

Lots of different rules but the way we call for Ramsch:
a) noone makes a bit. Just one Ramsch but you are nor allowed to take the Skat
b) You loose a Kontra or get a Re or loose the game 60/60 then we play 3 rounds of Ramsch followed by 3 rounds of "Bock", i.e. double points.
