@PeterStefanovic Unbelievable,ask Barclay a question and he gives an answer that either is nonsensical,irrelevant,jargon ridden or a down right lie. Why was his statement about 40 new hospitals not challenged. When he goes on a monologue he should be asked,what question does he think he was asked, and how his answer is relevant.
