Contrary to popular belief, it seems to me that a large number of (tech) companies succeed despite not because of the people who lead them.

The notion of a broken clock being sometimes right is based on a gross misunderstanding of what information is.

A clock that always shows the same time is never right, even in the moments of the day when the time happens to be what it shows, because you don't gain any information about what time it is by looking at the clock.

This reasoning also applies to chatbots. If you can't tell whether what you have been given is useful information unless you alreay know the information, then you haven't been given useful information.

@andypiper yeah tricky travel! Well enjoy Würzburg, not sure if you are into this but https://100biere.de/ 😄

The one thing I really appreciate when using Dropwizard vs anything else in terms of Java web frameworks is it feels like just using Java! Yes there are niceties to use but at the end its is a main method being run and everything follows and can be inspected easily. It makes it so much easier to learn how things work!
Finally got around to add OFREP provider support to dropwizard-openfeature https://github.com/sideshowcoder/dropwizard-openfeature nice to see OFREP being supported by more and more services avoiding all the different providers! #openfeature #dropwizard
I miss the days when NFTs were the stupidest thing I'd ever heard of.

@zaire true, I do think however that taking a step back and actually adding the controls is a good thing. Would it have been the right thing to have this from the beginning? Yes! Is there value in fixing this now? Also yes! And to be honest most companies don't even care enough to do the bare minimum, and still it is almost impossible to get away from all of them, so I'm happy to have at least some tiny light shining, even if it is the bare minimum.
