also the very final shot in Doom is just the box art from the 1993 game with the new game's assets accompanied by its grungy version of the E1M1 theme which is just *chef kiss*
Also: printing out the game's manual was well worth the ink and paper I chewed through trying to get it right. 👍
I really like the way the game's UI conveys code execution, also; watching a successful program in motion is really satisfying.
Let's be fair though, nothing they can do with a Sci-Fi Channel budget is gonna look as good as this handsome boy from the movie.
