My step father was with BNSF for 56 years. He always had great pay and great benefits. My mother still enjoys them. ( Retirement & healthcare)
One thing I noticed about railroad workers while he was the union steward was the greed and entitlement of the workers in general. They made six figures in the 80’s but thought they were worth more.
Some advice from years ago.
