Since I’m a bit of a hoarder haha I also found this in a box. Apple was always just amazing at packaging. Shame that they don’t get to do it for software any longer.
What I can’t figure out about #retrocomputing is what exactly I’m supposed to do with these old computers that I get from the recycling depot. I have plenty of modern computers for getting actual work done, so apart from staring at pinstripes or command lines… is this supposed to be exciting? Am I supposed to turn my office/house into a museum regardless of how that affects my wife and children? Do I use them for parts? These old machines don’t belong in the landfill but where do they belong?
