Guess I’ll join in talking about my fails^^
Last week at work I created a merge request from our development branch into our demo branch because I was too lazy to open a console and do the merge myself. I forgot to uncheck “delete branch” when pushing merge.
I was able to fix it, but for a few minutes that morning the branch all of our backend developers develop against was just... gone.
No coffee will wake you up this fast.

Just got a delivery of a lab power supply I ordered and... both ports are broken off and tumbling around inside the enclosure. It probably could be fixed with some careful application of glue, so I‘m internally debating whether to send it back (wait time, carbon impact) or fix it (might not work, front plate still has a crack).
What say you, silent void?
