In my free time, I eschew obfuscation
Am I the only one growing increasingly annoyed and belligerent of the ever-increasing and totally useless prompts demanding me to use AI for every GD task and in every GD application in front of me? Just stop
The price of gas better be $1.72/gal on my commute home from work today, or I'm going to be SUPER disappointed.
Am I the only person who believes that EVERY track on August And Everything After (Counting Crows, 1993) is a certified banger?
You know what feels good? The endorphin flow from a day started the right way with my #franklinplanner. My day has a great Plan A jotted in place and I've even ticked a couple of boxes, completing tasks all while sipping my Morning Joe.
Microsoft Access is an amazing piece of software. #msaccess
I've become reacquainted with Diva, the 1992 LP release by Annie Lennox. Written at a time when proper respect was played to what the length of a song should be, this album is elegant if a bit indulgent, emotional, intelligent, stirring and a tad haunting. I love it.
Some days, I am a slave to my sweet tooth. Gotta fix this. I sense an audacious goal forming before me . . .
When I journal, the outcome reverberates and shakes my soul, making me feel more alive. Every single time #journaling
Through yesterday, I have umpired 103 baseball games in 2023. The season's not done; a few more this week. #umpire

So, I think this is an honest question about semantics: What's the difference between logging out and signing out of a website?

I'm a fan of consistency and I think that similar tasks should be done in similar ways using similar names. Logging in, content and flow of forms used to buy things, the location of the log out button. I'd love to see effort made at compelling standardization of website layouts, content, and naming of typical and common operations.
