Last week me and the other half appeared as guests on a webinar run by Alzheimer’s Society to talk about lived experience of diagnosis and having a dementia. We must have impressed as we have received an email inviting us to be part of their relaunch and potentially having our story in press/telly. A tiny part of me is chuffed we made an impact. The much larger part of me is horrified at the prospect and would rather drop dead.
What does your favourite biscuit reveal about your personality?
Gonna have a bit of nearly twenty five years in the making reminiscing and audio wallowing tonight.
Remember in the mid 90s there was a telly series based on the Lonely Planet books. On Channel 4 I think. Anyway, they brought out a couple of soundtrack CDs. I had one of them stolen in Kings Cross in 1999 and I’ve never been able to find another copy ANYWHERE! Guess what’s turned up in the post today after I found it on a random website listed for £2.19…
On my birthday too? Oh workplace, you are spoiling me.
