God came to me in a vision and said “do more posts”
Referenced Dune in my sermon at Raven Landing and nobody had read it, but I had a whole two minutes on Paul Atreides so I kept going like the professional I am. That part of the sermon was just for me
I love bulldogs. Bulldog lovers see the monstrosity of human achievement and say “aww look at that meatball I wanna snuggle him and his turkey legs”
@seachanger like, I gotta stay on FB because that's where my congregation is, who are mostly older. TBH I actually don't know where anyone my age is. I think many have renounced social media altogether
The socially acceptable thing, in my mind, is to chaos post on twitter or IG or mast and then, once you’ve gotten to a comfortable place, you make a formal announcement on Facebook. Have I lost the plot? Everyone I know posts on Facebook for formal things. But hey we all gotta live our lives so more power to them
Acquaintance from high school is transitioning, posting chaotic but appropriate things. Normally I wouldn’t comment. But they’re posting through it on FACEBOOK???? Not even IG or any other platform. Chaos trans posting on FACEBOOK???? Is this not weird to anyone else??
@cosmicallyf ska band opened at a show I was at. After one of the songs, the frontman went on a five minute rant about Donald Trump and ended it with “so that’s why we wrote this song, ‘egg white omelette’” and then the trombones started blasting
