Watching reaction videos of Angine de Poitrine, I'm struck by two things:

1. There are layers of misdirection, coordination and tricks in their performances.

Magic, essentially.

2. It's not AI, and they are capturing our attention.

If you're going to embrace AI (I am), I hope you won't just use it to increase your speed.

Sure, we can get agents to do 10 tasks at once.
But how about we get creative, instead?

A lot of automation should really be delegation.
A lot of delegation should really be automation.

It skews heavily toward automation right now, but not everything should be.

Delegation is when there still needs interpretation, evolution, innovation, and risk.

On Tim Cook retiring:

I wouldn't be surprised if he does like his predecessor, stretching out his tenure until he's afflicted by sickness.

His successor, like Tim was to Steve, would have been doing the work a while, imminently showing to shareholders his capacity to be CEO.
