One cool thing about the American healthcare system is that Blue Cross Blue Shield has coded the baby's doctor wrong in their system and for some reason it is my job to fix it for them.
I like that I now have four different twitters where no one likes my posts and I ascribe completely different meaning to the lack of engagement on each twitter. (my posts are all good)
Well, problem number one? It's a war. That's bad. Second problem? I mean, what's the worst place for a war to be? The whole world! And the third problem? They did it twice!!
