@dto easier said than done. The world cup is the dream of a lifetime for these players so I don't think that they should be the ones paying for everything that happened behind the scenes (maybe not so much behind actually...). I think that the countries' football associations should have refused to participate when Qatar was first awarded the event over a decade ago. Doing so would have allowed for enough publicity to change things on time
