The landscape in Ghost of Yōtei looks absolutely stunning. The storytelling and card collecting seems interesting, I don't even care about the actual combat at this point, I'll probably just wander around in medieval Japan, plucking flowers and watching the birds 😄

I was in the mood for some arcade games last night, so after playing some pinball and ESP Galuda II, I went looking for games I hadn't yet played and came across Viper Phase 1.
It's a spinoff from the Raiden series by Seibu Kaihatsu and wow, I can't believe I never played this one before.
The sprite work is just amazing, which shouldn't really be a surprise from this developer, but still.
Spent the rest of the evening playing it and I can't wait to play some more tonight.
If you're looking for a really great, old school shoot em up, I can't recommend this one enough.
