The fantastic state of “supplements” in the US.
They successfully lobbied against being regulated as food or drugs. So anything goes in terms of label accuracy (e.g., cake batter flavored protein shake that was just drum roll, cake batter!) and they can claim, with zero proof whatsoever, whatever they want in terms of efficacy.
Just get caught, recall, and move on to the next scam. Beautiful freedom in action.

I’ve recently had a workshop with teams coming from different parts of Europe and North America.
The USA was an option as a location. Needless to say, I wasn’t hot about it, and probably many others as well, so Eastern Europe was chosen instead.
Nah, in this case the circle is the devs wanting to optimize for HDDs. Which made the game bigger with duplicated files. Which forced players to install the game in HDDs since they lacked space on SSD.
Having the choice for both will offer the best for each case.
But only because they’ve appropriated the word and twisted it into a derogatory word.
“Woke” has been tarnished, but originally it just meant being alert to social and racial injustice.
Interestingly, it comes from African American vernacular and dates back to the 1930s.
It’s like using “enlightenment” as a negative term.
