The bad guy gangster in this movie is called Tony Torpedo, and his henchman is named Javalin, both of which are all-time great gangster names.
Also, basically every part of the film is the most adorable thing you've ever seen. It's on Netflix, and is worth watching.

(behind it is the Enterprise-D ornament from the 90s that requires the old style lights to plug into. One of these years I gotta figure out how to make that work again.)
