The level of deep satisfaction I get from having my feet on the ground in a place where the geography is etched in my bones, being able to make a quick turn here or take a side street there, swing round the slow walkers or zip between buildings is unmatched by almost anything.

Take the lids of your Masterfoods Dijon mustard and garlic-in-a-jar and swap em over. I did it by accident and the garlicky mustard is pretty damn good
