Olivia has a bit of a reputation as a whiner. I think it's more that she talks in sentences. When she was young, I called her "Meeper". Nowadays, she is ready for full-on discussions.

Took Edgar to her final vet visit today. She started wheezing back on November 11th and steadily got worse, not responding to medication, a shrinking version of herself. Today, she woke up blind and incontinent. My best friend for almost 8 years.

Thought about the Roman Empire today when my wife called this photo "Cleopatra and the centurions".
