@rbreich Current Time Off Policies under the national collective bargaining agreements:
1. 3 weeks paid vacation. Senior employees get 5 weeks.
2. Up to 14 days of holidays and personal leave days.
In the fairness approach, if sick time, is important, perhaps the following should be proposed at the negotiation.
1. 2 weeks paid vacation. Senior employees get 4 weeks.
2. Up to 10 days off for holidays
3. 2 weeks of sick time.
@rbreich balance? Is there a need for such a thing. If one defines the balance but lost the attention of the important of here and now. Balance would have gone down the drain. As for me, I strive to do my best to define and put full effort in the here and now.
