Every year I have my healthiest squash (volunteer) grow out of the compost pile. Thing is, I never know what kind of monster I’m going to get. So I’m thinking I should get ahead for the game and intentionally plant seeds in the compost pile. But I just know nature will thwart my best intentions.

I’ve successfully made the switch from pajamas to a night shirt. No regrets so far. I got the idea after watching some old westerns, where it was common for nightshirt wearing cowboys to roam all around while brandishing weapons.
