ok that explains a lot. after i launched my app there have been like 50 copycats and im so confused because they literally all look the same…
turns out ai is just feeding people ideas to vibecode 😒

i used to see programming as an art, but it truly doesn't feel that way anymore and it makes me sad
does anyone else feel weird about the influx of ai builders? everytime i open reddit i see someone like "here's how to use ai to build an app in 5 seconds and make $5k MRR"
i don't want to be like "all ai is bad" because it's literally everywhere and everyone uses it to some extent, but there's a type of person that's truly just spamming apps and acting like there was effort involved and i feel weird about it
or am i just being elitist? so many feelings about the industry these days
