@goldstein sadly, been there, didn't get the t-shirt because they couldn't be bothered. They left me and my family stranded for what would have been a week in a city 4 hours away from home. No hotel, no luggage except carry on and the clothes on my back. One of the rare times via rail saved the day. #fuckaircanada
