A while back I encountered a service that lets you put in a Twitter username to get an activitypub mirror of that person's Twitter feed to which you can subscribe from the fediverse. But searching for it now is not turning it up again. Do you know the service I mean? If I remember correctly, the bio of accounts say that they are "read only mirrors," and that the author will not see replies to it.
I feel like maybe I ought to be entitled to something for screaming "just let me do my job!" literally every day for the last 5 years while having to use Basecamp.

I bitch a lot about Basecamp, but I just decided to "make a recurring task" and discovered that it's just not possible. But, helpfully, multiple (paid) 3rd party options exist to automate the creation of recurring tasks, by just updating the existing tasks on a schedule.
