@itsfoss Archinstall doesn't support my use case, so I never use it, but Arch still works.

For many people though, I would imagine that having a script makes this tinker-friendly distro more accessible. Arch doesn't carry strong opinions, so user meddling tends not to cause instability. That's the real fun imo

@xs4me2 Her platform last time didn't make sense from an efficacy standpoint. "I'll give families $25k to buy their first house!" Okay, so starter houses get $25k more expensive, and we get a ton more government debt/inflation. $50k to start a small business. Okay, maybe, but that doesn't address the structural issues that make this hard. Grants to build affordable housing-- again, fine, but what are you doing about zoning?

Don't get me wrong, I still voted for her, but we need someone better.
