Five years after it was filed, and almost two years after the case was terminated, the Kleiman v. Wright docket just reached a thousand documents.

Apparently #Faketoshi's lawyers could negotiate a settlement to avoid sanctions for wrongfully designating his Form 1.977 filing as Attorney's Eyes Only. I will cynically predict a settlement will be reached and Rivero Mestre escapes unscathed, free to defend the next con man.
