the w3c spec on DIDs certainly doesnt exclude chain of cubes, but the bsky/at spec says the protocol does not use chain of cubes.
I feel like the wording is just vague enough to let them allow DID registries to decide for themselves whether or not to use chain of cubes though :/
people not just politicians, touting "ugh we dont need lgbt pride stuff youre normal we get it just be quiet" completely ignoring the societal and systemic disadvantages many still face, trying to hide their phobia that is ironically the exact problem
