For the people that recently got here because Elon keeps being a dense mofo I think it’s worth mentioning. This is a Fediverse, what does this means? There’s a bunch of mastodons that belongs to different people/groups. This one I’m “tweeting” from belongs to the project maintainers and you can interact with ppl from other servers, the “local” tab will only show Toots from ur local server, general is the whole federation, u can transfer ur account any time too
